Dr. Charles Twietmeyer, known best as "Dr. Charley" grew up just west of Wichita in the town of Cheney, Kansas. Dr. Charley attended Kansas State University to complete his undergraduate degrees in Biology, Life Sciences, with a secondary major in Gerontology. He also earned a Certificate in Public Health from Wichita State University before attending LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree.
Dr. Charley strives to extend his knowledge by completing numerous hours of continuing education each year and actively stays up to date with state-of-the-art technology. Dr. Charley loves doing “Same Day Crowns” with a CEREC CAD/CAM system, utilizing a diode laser for soft tissue procedures, and serving others in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
He continues to hold affiliations with The American Dental Society, Kansas Dental Association, and The Wichita District Dental Society. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Courtney, and newborn son, Scotty, with their lovely dog, Atticus.
Dr. Steven Twietmeyer, known best as “Dr. Steve” was born in Hutchinson, Kansas but raised in Wichita and graduated from Goddard High School in 1973. He attended Kansas State University to complete his undergraduate degree in 1977, then continued his education and graduated from The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1981. Within a couple of months, Dr. Steve opened his practice in Cheney, Kansas in July 1981.
As a contributing member of our local community, Dr. Steve has served the underprivileged population in Wichita, Kansas by donating his time and dental skills. He continues to volunteer many hours towards the community while being a member of many professional dental associations with The American Dental Society, Kansas Dental Association, and The Wichita District Dental Society. He exemplified leadership by holding a position within the executive board of WDDS (President) and KDA (Secretary). Dr. Steve is grateful for his family and enjoys spending time with his newborn grandson, Scotty, and two dogs- Dallas and Ellie. If you’re lucky, you might catch him on the sidelines rooting for his wildcats whenever there’s a football game at K-State.
